Reviewing applicants (Owner Mode)
Three labels: Recommended, Worth a Look, Probably Not. No percentages. You make the call.
We don't show you AI confidence scores. We show you a plain-English label and the reasoning behind it.
The three labels
- Recommended — clear match on must-haves; relevant experience or signal is present.
- Worth a Look — partial match. You should read this one before passing.
- Probably Not — missing one or more must-haves, or zero relevant signal.
Labels are suggestions. You make the actual decision.
What's on the candidate detail page
- The 3 most relevant points from their resume.
- Their answers to any context questions you asked.
- A button to Schedule an interview (we send the candidate a friendly email).
- A button to Pass (we send the candidate a respectful closure email — automatically).
What we DON'T show owners
- Opaque AI percentages.
- Raw fit-score breakdowns.
- Compare/contrast against other candidates.
If you want a deeper view, switch to Recruiter Mode in Settings — but most owners don't need it.
What happens when you decide
Every action you take is logged. The candidate gets an email. The activity feed records what AROS did on your behalf. You wrote zero emails.
