Owners
Posting your first job (Owner Mode)
Owner Mode's job form is intentionally short. Title, location, hiring goal, and a couple of must-haves is enough.
Owner Mode jobs are designed for the body-shop owner, not the talent ops lead. You don't need to define competency rubrics. You need to hire a real person, fast.
The short form
- Title — the role as you'd say it to a friend ("Customer Success Manager", "Pastry Cook").
- Location — city or remote.
- Hiring goal — one sentence: who you want and why.
- Must-haves — up to 3 things that disqualify a candidate.
- Nice-to-haves — optional, up to 5.
That's it. You can publish in under 90 seconds.
What happens next
- A public application URL is generated. Copy it from the job's detail page.
- Every application creates an applicant card in your Hiring tab with a plain-English label.
- The candidate gets an acknowledgement email automatically.
Edits and reposts
You can edit anything except the public URL. Closing a job moves it to History — applicants and decisions are preserved.
Where to share the link
Anywhere works — your storefront, Facebook, Craigslist, a flyer. Each applicant inherits the source so you'll know which channel actually worked.
