What AROS is — and what it isn't

AROS keeps hiring organized, keeps candidates informed, and makes sure nobody falls through the cracks. It's not an ATS, not an AI scorer, and not a candidate sourcing tool.

AROS keeps hiring organized, keeps candidates informed, and makes sure nobody falls through the cracks. We exist because two failures happen in almost every hire:

  1. Candidates get ghosted — applications disappear into a black box.
  2. Decisions are never explained — rejections happen silently, even to finalists.

AROS makes both of those impossible by default.

What AROS is

  • A platform that automatically acknowledges every application within minutes.
  • A platform that forces a closure communication before anyone can be marked "not selected."
  • A platform that gives candidates a timeline they can see — every status change, with the candidate's permission settings respected.
  • A platform that lets recruiters keep hiring managers in the loop without needing them to learn new software.

What AROS isn't

  • Not an ATS replacement. We don't try to be your applicant tracking system of record. We sit alongside or beside one.
  • Not an AI scoring engine. We surface plain-English labels (Recommended / Worth a Look / Probably Not), never opaque confidence percentages.
  • Not a sourcing tool. We don't scrape, spam, or do outbound. Candidates apply; we help you treat them well.

Who AROS is for

Two production experiences sit on the same backend:

  • Owner Mode — for small business owners who hire occasionally. Three nav items. Plain English. ~30 minutes a week.
  • Recruiter Mode — for professional recruiters running a real pipeline. Pipeline Pulse, decision packets, share links.

Pick one when you sign up; you can switch in Settings if you change your mind.
