The Owner activity feed

History tab shows everything AROS has done on your behalf — every email, every label, every status change.

Open the History tab in Owner Mode. You'll see a chronological list of every action AROS has taken on your behalf:

Acknowledgement emails sent
Labels assigned
Pass / Hire decisions you made
Closure emails sent
Status changes the candidate could see

Why it's there

Two reasons:

Proof. When a candidate asks "did anyone ever respond to my application?", you can answer with receipts.
Trust. AROS does a lot of background work. We don't want you to take it on faith — we want you to see it.

Filtering

You can filter the feed by job, by candidate, or by event type (email vs decision vs status change). Useful for audits or when a candidate emails you weeks later.

Privacy

Only you (and admins) can see your activity feed. Candidates see their own application timeline, which is a different view — same data, scoped to them.
