Here's what the first 5 minutes look like, end to end.

1. Sign up (30 seconds)

Visit the homepage, fill in your name, company, work email, and whether you're hiring as an owner or a recruiter. Submit. We email you a setup link in seconds.

2. Click the email link & set a password (60 seconds)

The link is valid for 72 hours and can be used once. Pick a password of at least 10 characters. You'll be signed in automatically.

3. Land in your workspace (instant)

• Owner Mode → /app/owner (Hiring, History, Settings)
• Recruiter Mode → /app/employer (full pipeline)

This is where AROS officially starts working for you.

4. Post your first job (2 minutes)

• Owner: home → Post a job → fill the short form → publish.
• Recruiter: Jobs → New job → richer form with structured fit dimensions.

You can post a real job or a test job. Both work.

5. Share the link & wait (instant)

Copy the public application URL and share it wherever you'd post a job. The moment someone applies, AROS:

• Sends them an acknowledgement email within minutes.
• Adds them to your inbox with all the fields needed to make a decision.
• Starts their application timeline — which they can see.
