Hiring momentum — your action queue

Hiring momentum is the central action hub in Recruiter Mode. Instead of showing you a kanban board, it asks "what's the next thing a recruiter should do today?" and ranks accordingly.

What it surfaces

• Closures overdue — candidates marked "not selected" who haven't received a closure email yet. (We block reaching that state without one, but if your team imports legacy data we'll prompt you.)
• Acknowledgements pending — applications that arrived more than 5 minutes ago without an ack going out.
• Applicants stuck in one step — anyone who hasn't moved forward in the time you set.
• Hiring manager waits — share links that have been sent but not responded to.

Filters

By job, by stage, by org (admins only). Filters persist across sessions.

Empty state

"Hiring momentum is empty" is the goal. When you reach it, AROS will say so — and quietly stay out of your way.

Where it lives

/app/employer/pipeline-pulse. There's also a Trust Strip on the Recruiter dashboard that summarizes the top 3 actions.
