Hiring Manager Share Link
Send a hiring manager a secure, time-limited link. They review the candidate, leave a decision + note, no AROS account needed.
Hiring managers don't want to learn another piece of software. The HM Share Link solves that.
How it works
- On any candidate detail page, click Share with hiring manager.
- Pick the manager's email and an expiry (1, 3, or 7 days).
- AROS emails them a link like
/hm/<token>. - They click it, log in without an AROS account, see a clean decision packet, and submit one of: Hire, Pass, or Need more info + an optional note.
- The feedback lands back on your candidate detail page in real time.
What the hiring manager sees
- Candidate decision packet (executive summary, why-might-succeed, areas to validate).
- Application timeline (sanitized — no recruiter-internal notes).
- A simple 3-option decision form.
What they DON'T see
- Other candidates.
- Internal ranking, fit scores, or recruiter notes.
- Other share links or admin data.
Security
- Single-use tokens, hashed at rest.
- Expire after the window you set.
- Revocable from the candidate detail page.
- Every link issuance is logged in the audit trail.
