Three decision options: Hire, Pass, Need more info. Each can carry a note that the recruiter sees instantly.
Your job is to make a decision — fast — that the recruiter can act on.
Hire
You're confident this person should move forward (offer, next round, whatever the next step is). The recruiter takes it from here.
Pass
You're confident this person isn't right. The recruiter handles the closure communication to the candidate — automatically and respectfully. You don't have to write any email.
Need more info
You can't decide yet. Use the note field to tell the recruiter exactly what you need: another interview, a specific question answered, a portfolio link. The recruiter sees your note instantly and follows up.
Notes are optional but recommended
A 1–2 sentence note saves an email exchange. Stuff like "Strong on craft, unsure on culture — let's do a 15-min call" is far more useful than just clicking the button.
After you submit
You'll see a confirmation. The recruiter is notified in real time. The link goes inert (one submission per link).
