Using your AROS share link

You got a share link from a recruiter. Here's how it works — no account required.

A recruiter sent you a link to review a candidate. Here's what to expect.

Click the link

It looks like https://app.getaros.ai/hm/<token>. You do not need an AROS account. The link itself authenticates you for one candidate only, for a limited window.

What you'll see

  1. A decision packet — a one-page summary of the candidate.
  2. Their application timeline — what's happened so far in the process.
  3. A decision form with three options: Hire, Pass, Need more info — plus a note field.

What's NOT visible to you

  • Other candidates for the role.
  • Internal recruiter notes that weren't shared.
  • Anything from other share links.

How long the link works

Whatever the recruiter set — usually 1, 3, or 7 days. After that, the link expires and shows a "please ask the recruiter for a new one" message.

Privacy

The recruiter sees that you opened the link and what decision you submitted. They don't see how long you spent or what you scrolled past.
