I'm not receiving emails from AROS
Check spam, your domain's email filter, and that you're using the inbox you signed up with. If still missing, email us.
Email is fragile. Here's how to diagnose, in order:
1. Check spam / promotions / "other" folders
The first welcome email occasionally lands there. Mark it "Not spam" so future ones don't.
2. Check the email address you signed up with
Sometimes there's a typo — @gnail.com instead of @gmail.com. Look in the welcome confirmation card on the homepage if you still have it.
3. Check your domain's filter
Corporate email systems (especially Microsoft 365) sometimes quarantine emails from new senders. Ask your IT admin to allowlist:

4. Verify the trial / setup email schedule
- At signup → welcome + setup link, within seconds.
- Day 3 of trial → check-in.
- Day 10 of trial → 4-days-left reminder.
- Day 14 (end) → trial-ended notice.
You should not be getting more than these.
