I signed up but never got the setup email
Your account exists. If the success card said 'we couldn't send the setup email,' that's an email-delivery problem on our side. Here's how to recover.
If you completed the signup form and the success card told you "we created your account, but couldn't send the setup email" — your AROS account does exist. We just couldn't deliver the link to your inbox. Here's how to get unstuck.
Step 1 — Email us from the same inbox you signed up with
Send a quick note to hello@getaros.ai from the email address you used to sign up with the subject "AROS setup link". We'll re-issue a fresh setup link manually within one business day, usually much faster. Tell us the company name you put in the form so we can find you fast.
Step 2 — While you wait, the link will land in your inbox
The recovery flow sends you a fresh setup link from a different sender path (often our personal email instead of the automated Resend pipeline). That link works identically — click it, set a password, and you're in.
Why this happens
The most common cause is our email provider (Resend) failing to deliver to a specific inbox or domain — often because of corporate spam filters, brand-new sending domain reputation, or a misconfigured DNS record on our side. None of these are caused by anything you did wrong.
What we don't do
- We don't email you your password (ever) — only a one-time setup link.
- We don't expire your account because the email didn't land. Your data sits and waits.
- We don't ask you to start over from scratch — the original account is preserved.
Different scenario: setup link arrived but expired
If you got the email earlier and the link doesn't work anymore, see the setup link expired article — that's a different problem with a different fix.
