I can't log in

Most login problems are one of three things: wrong email, forgotten password, or browser cache. Here's how to fix each.

Three failure modes, in order of frequency:

1. Wrong email

  • Are you using the exact email you signed up with? Most often the issue is a colleague registered with a different address.
  • Try the Forgot password flow — it tells you whether the email exists in the system. (We deliberately don't reveal account existence on the login page itself.)

2. Forgotten password

  • Click Forgot password at /login.
  • Enter your email — we'll send a reset link if an account exists.
  • Reset links expire in 72 hours.

3. Cached old token

  • Sign out fully (localStorage.clear() in dev tools works too).
  • Close all tabs of *.getaros.ai.
  • Try logging in again from a fresh tab.

What we never ask for

We will never ask for your password by email or in chat. If anyone claims to be from AROS and asks for it, that's a phish. Report it to us.
