Decision packets — what's in one
A printable 1-page brief composing everything AROS knows about a candidate — executive summary, recommendation, risk flags, interview guide.
A decision packet is a single page you can hand to anyone — hiring manager, owner, executive — to make a hire/no-hire call.
What it contains
- Executive Summary — 2–3 sentences.
- Hiring Recommendation — Strong Hire / Hire / Lean Hire / Hold / Not Recommended (computed, but visible reasoning).
- Scores at a Glance — composite + fit + similarity + human potential.
- Why this candidate might succeed — 3 reasons.
- Areas to validate — 3 specific things to dig into during interviews.
- Risk flags — anything outside the normal envelope (gap, layoff, pivot, etc.) with context.
- Human context — candidate's own answers to context questions, if asked.
- Interview guide — behavioral / skills / context questions, categorized.
- Recommended next action — schedule, share, pass.

Printing
Use your browser's print dialog. We've added @media print CSS so the page formats cleanly on A4. No PDF dependencies.
Empty-state guardrail
If a candidate profile is incomplete (no skills, no employment history, no scores) we flag the packet as incomplete so a "Not Recommended" doesn't get misread as a true negative.
